• Aviso importante: estas regras e regulamentos regem o Programa LL2FRESH. Ao entrar e participar do Programa LL2FRESH, você concorda em obedecer a essas regras. COTHN ("organizador") reserva-se o direito de, a qualquer momento, cancelar ou alterar toda ou qualquer parte da competição e / ou as regras conforme julgar adequado. É responsabilidade dos participantes manterem-se informados sobre quaisquer mudanças no programa e / ou nas regras. Em caso de dúvida ou questão decorrente de qualquer ponto que não esteja expressamente previsto em qualquer das regras, a decisão do organizador será final.

• Deadline for Proposals: October 18, 2020 17:00 CEST
• Important notice: these rules and regulations shall govern the LL2FRESH Program. By your entry and participation in the LL2FRESH Program, you agree to be bound by these rules. COTHN ("organiser") reserves the right to at any time, cancel or amend all or any part of the competition and/or the rules as it deems fit. It is the participants' responsibility to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the program and/or the rules. In the event of any question or matter arising out of any point that is not expressly provided for in any of the rules, the decision of the organiser shall be final.

RULES & REGULATIONS
O objetivo deste regulamento é estabelecer o acesso, direitos e obrigações dos potenciais participantes do Programa LL2Fresh, no âmbito do projeto "LL2FRESH (LONG LIFE TO SAFE FRESH) - O QUE INICIAR E ACELERAR?", Organizado pelo consórcio formado por COTHN | Centro Operativo e Tecnológico Hortofrutícola Nacional e INESC TEC - Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas de Computadores, Tecnologia e Ciência, e co-financiados no âmbito dos Smart Agri Hubs.
The purpose of this regulation is to establish the access, rights and obligations for potential participants in the LL2Fresh Programme, within the project "LL2FRESH (LONG LIFE TO SAFE FRESH) - WHAT TO START AND ACCELERATE?", organized by the consortium formed by COTHN | Centro Operativo e Tecnológico Hortofrutícola Nacional and INESC TEC - Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas de Computadores, Tecnologia e Ciência, and co-funded under the scope of Smart Agri Hubs.
